◎How to place an order?
1. Visit www.dexgifts.com choose the right models you like and tell us your detail requirements.
2. Or you can visit our factory to find the required products.
3. Sales contract or proforma invoice will be sent to you for payment after you confirm the order.
◎How to pay?
1. Payment can be arranged by Western Union or T/T.
2. If the amount more than US$3000,30% deposit in advance, balance to be paid by T/T remittance.If there are over 2 payments per order, US$30 will be charged for middle bank charges. L/C is unacceptable.If the amount is less than US$3000,100% in advance.
◎What is our bank account detail?
We will write down our bank details on the proforma invoice with company stamp and sent it to you.
◎How to ship?
1. By DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS express, we have reliable forwarder which can give us best price.
2. By sea or by air is ok, according to your requirements.
4. It is also ok that we use the shipping agent designated by you in Shenzhen.
5. For the samples, the cheapest way is ship by China Post Air Mail or ePacket.

All items will be inspected and then shipped to you through express,air or sea.
1.For plastic toys, we have 1 year guarantee from date of purchase.
2.For silicone products, we offer 2 years guarantee.
